Replacement Arched Screen Inserts
These homeowners hired me to craft exact replicas of arched screens that fit into brick archways of their three-season porch. The originals (three windows and one door) were aging and had been painted several times.
The new ones were to be identical except they wouldn’t have a vertical seam to fold down the center, and would be stained instead of painted. Engineering the construction of these was a great challenge - they look simple, but are actually very complex.
